Jonathan Adams joined Byline Bank’s Sponsor Finance group in 2021 with a background in corporate finance, investment banking and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Byline, Jonathan worked at Jones Lang LaSalle within its Corporate Finance and Investor Relation group, where he performed key financial analysis in support of the global capital allocation strategy. Previously, he worked at Antares Capital, where he assisted in the documentation and on-going account management of borrowers. Jonathan started his career at J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank, where he spent over six years executing mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions across the automotive, transportation, basic material, and industrial sectors. Jonathan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
