I started my career at Byline Bank a year ago as a contractor in the HR Department. After 6 months, I was hired as an Assistant Vice President, Senior Recruiter. I have the pleasure of working with all of the departments across the bank and look forward to every day being different. My favorite part of my role is when I extend an offer to a candidate and tell them how much they will love it at Byline! I absolutely love our culture and my team – they make coming to work easy!
I have been with Byline Bank for almost 9 years, starting as a Personal Banker and working my way up to a Branch Manager. My primary passion is helping people learn and I was recently able to change my career path and joined our Learning and Development department. I love working at Byline Bank because I am not only able to bring my unique style and personality to work, but am encouraged to be myself.

We’ve seen first-hand that, like our local neighborhoods, a diverse team with unique experiences makes us stronger. That’s why we have an executive-led Diversity, Equity and Inclusion group and a Women Leadership group to help women leaders advance at Byline. These are just some of the ways we prioritize an inclusive culture here at Byline Bank.
