I began as a Payroll Administrator and over time was promoted to Senior Payroll Administrator. After 3 wonderful years of learning, I pivoted to Risk & Compliance. With strong leadership and encouragement from mentors and peers, I was able to achieve a career change into a field I’ve always been interested in.
I’ve been with the company for about 13 years, started as a teller and slowly moved up to different roles. I officially joined the IT side of the world in 2016 and have changed a few positions since then. The reason I love working here is the people that I work with, my colleagues!
