Byline Sponsor Finance (“BSF”), a division of Byline Bank, announced that it has provided additional financing to support Fibrix Filtration (“Fibrix”), a Branford Castle Partners portfolio business, in Fibrix’s acquisition of Americo Manufacturing Company (“Americo”). BSF was the Sole Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent for the facility and represented by Duane Morris, LLP.

Founded in 1969, Americo is a global producer of technical nonwoven floor pads, cleaning accessories, OEM specialty nonwovens, and floor matting, with products that are distributed and sold in over 70 countries worldwide. Americo is recognized for developing innovative products designed for performance and quality, while embracing environmentally sustainable practices. Americo is at the forefront of “green” nonwovens made with 100% recyclable PET fibers and water-based resins.
