Byline Sponsor Finance Supports The Great River Company’s Platform, Columbia Safety Services, in its Acquisition of Valley Fire Control, LLC

Byline Sponsor Finance (BSF), a division of Byline Bank, announced that it has provided financing to support Columbia Safety Services, LLC (CSS), a fire protection platform backed by The Great River Company, in its acquisition of Valley Fire Control, LLC.  Prior to this acquisition, CSS’ sole holding was Columbia Fire, LLC, since its original investment in 2021.  BSF was represented by Duane Morris, LLP in the investment into Valley Fire Control.

Columbia Fire is a provider of fire protection solutions in the greater Puget Sound area, including Seattle, from Bellingham to Olympia. The Company handles the design, fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of a building’s fire suppression systems, specializing in fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and fire extinguisher and suppressions services.
