We’re committed to everyone’s health and safety.

We’ve begun reopening a few branch lobbies. You can still request an appointment.

As we reopen, we are taking precautions to protect our customers and employees:

For security purposes, identification will need to be presented upon branch entry.

  • Installed Plexiglas shields at teller stations & desks.
  • Implemented daily janitorial services.
  • Increased cleaning of high-touch surfaces after each customer use.
  • Made hand sanitizer available for all staff.
  • Established strict protocols for employees if anyone exhibits COVID-19 symptoms.

SBA Paycheck Protection Program

Consumer and Small Business Customers

  • For fee relief, deposit account needs, online or mobile banking questions or general banking needs, please call 773.244.7000.
  • For payment relief on consumer, mortgage and home equity loans, please call 773.244.7000, option 0.
  • Beginning March 18, 2020, we are suspending all foreclosure actions on residential mortgage loans for the next 60 days.
  • Byline has taken the Chicago Housing Solidarity Pledge to help Chicagoans facing financial impacts to the stability of their housing due to COVID-19.

Commercial Banking

  • We have relief programs available for Commercial Banking and Commercial Real Estate clients.  Please contact your Relationship Manager directly to learn about the available options.

Small Business Capital (SBA Loans)

  • If you are an SBA or USDA customer of Byline Bank and are experiencing hardship related to COVID-19, we’re here to help.  Questions concerning loan payments and other customer service issues on SBA or USDA loans should be directed to your Portfolio Manager.
  • We are also available to answer questions regarding businesses eligible for the SBA Disaster Loan Assistance Program.

USDA B&I CARES Act Program

The USDA Business and Industry CARES ACT Program offers loan guarantees to rural businesses and agricultural producers that are not eligible for the USDA Farm Service Agency Loans. Visit our USDA page to learn more.
