Tom Bell has been Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Byline Bank since August 2022.

Before becoming CFO, he served as the bank’s Treasurer for nine years. Tom has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. He previously served for three years as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Head of Planning for Anchor Bancorp, where he was responsible for treasury, finance and capital management. Prior to Anchor Bancorp, Tom was an Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer for Midwest Bancorp and a Senior Vice President with ABN AMRO North America Inc., a Chicago-based holding company for the LaSalle Bank Corporation. In his 14 years at ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank, Tom contributed to multiple disciplines within the asset and liability management, capital markets, treasury and finance functions. Tom started his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
