Byline Sponsor Finance (“BSF”), a division of Byline Bank, announced that it has provided financing to support MFG Partners (“MFG”) in MFG’s recapitalization of Mail Communications Group (“MCG”). BSF was represented by Duane Morris, LLP.

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, MCG provides mail presorting, printing, lettershop and digital services nationwide to municipal, commercial banking, insurance and healthcare clients, and other markets. The company offers a full suite of outsourced communication services and boasts a tenured and experienced management team, allowing it to adapt to the unique needs of its customers.
