Byline Sponsor Finance (“BSF”), a division of Byline Bank, announced that it has provided financing to support Benford Capital Partners’ (“BCP”) recapitalization of BSC Industries (“BSC” or “Company”). BSF was represented by Duane Morris, LLP.

Founded in 1919 and headquartered in Canton, MA, BSC is a value-added distributor and engineered solutions provider of power transmission, bearing, and motion control products primarily sold to highly technical customers in diverse end markets. BSC operates from seven locations across New England.
