With a specialization in SBA and USDA lending, Eric is recognized as a seasoned expert in the field. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including senior credit analyst, branch manager, and vice president. Eric’s contributions have been instrumental in obtaining Preferred Lender Status for multiple financial institutions under the SBA’s 7(a) Program, as well as Certified Lender Status under the USDA’s Business & Industry Lending Program. Since joining Ridgestone Bank in 2006, Eric has been a driving force, and in 2009, he assumed the role of Senior Vice President. He continues to lead the commercial team in Brookfield, Wisconsin at Byline Small Business Capital.
