Michael joined Byline Bank’s Sponsor Finance Group in 2024 with a background in corporate finance and investment banking. Prior to joining Byline, Michael worked at Baird within its Technology and Services group, where he provided analytical support on equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory services.
Previously, Michael was an investment banking associate at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co., and prior to that was a business analyst at Ford Motor Credit Company, where he supported software application development projects. Michael received his M.B.A. from the Wisconsin School of Business at UW-Madison and graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Northern Arizona University.
