Jerry has enjoyed a diversified career in banking, financial consulting, and brokerage for more than 34 years. He has held various levels of responsibility in the banking industry, primarily associated with serving the needs of small business through SBA lending in Ohio, Illinois, Arizona, and Tennessee. Jerry also started a small business consulting firm, advising in cash flow and capital asset management, leadership development, operations management, enterprise value maximization and succession planning. Jerry joined Ridgestone Bank in 2015 and will continue to focus on exit planning and transition financing at Byline Small Business Capital.
