Our Day Celebrating “The Best of our Communities!”
On Wednesday, April 10, Byline was honored to spend the day with a group of engaged and committed North Shore community and civic leaders, as a sponsor of the Winnetka-Northfield Chamber of Commerce’s 43rd Annual Recognition Lunch.
The Lunch—which actually spans a whole day of activities, including a fashion show featuring local retailers, an awards ceremony and a silent auction—honors outstanding local residents, community leaders, business members, educators and volunteers and is held at the Winnetka Community House.
This year, Byline was proud to join other local businesses in celebrating the accomplishments of the men and women who have dedicated so much of their time and talents to better their communities. 2019’s honorees, from Man and Woman of the Year, to the Youth Achievement Award winner, Heart of the Community winner, Winnetka Public Safety Officer of the year and more, are just one part of the people they represent, and their achievements reminded all of us what greatness looks like, and that it comes in all shapes and sizes.
For more than 100 years, Byline has dedicated itself to being a good neighbor and key partner in the communities where our people live and work. Through sponsorships like this one, we continue to celebrate everything our city’s diverse neighborhoods have to offer, and to learn more each day about just how special a place Chicagoland really can be, because of the people who live in it.
