Byline Bank’s Sponsor Finance Group (“BSFG”), the cash flow lending division of Chicago-based Byline Bank, announced that it has provided revolver and term credit facilities to finance Kian Capital’s (“Kian”) investment in The Retrofit Source (“TRS” or the “Company”). BSFG was represented by Duane Morris LLP.
Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, TRS designs, markets, distributes and online retails performance automotive aftermarket lighting products. “Matt Kossoff and the team at TRS have created the industry leader providing lighting products to upgrade the performance and aesthetic of vehicles headlights.
