Chicago, IL, August 22, 2019 – Byline Bank, a subsidiary of Byline Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE:BY), announced today that William M. Varanka has joined Byline Bank’s Wealth Management team as Vice President, Relationship Manager. In this role, he will lead Byline’s Wealth Management and Trust services for clients in Indiana and will build upon the continuing growth of the bank’s Wealth Management division. Varanka comes to Byline after serving as Vice President, Trust Officer at Salin Bank and Trust.

Varanka has more than 20 years of experience in investment management, trusts, estates, and guardianships. In addition to his tenure at Salin Bank and Trust, he held leadership positions at First Midwest Bank and Horizon Trust & Investment Management. Varanka is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, is a Certified Estate Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter, and Chartered Financial Consultant.
Active in his community, Varanka is a member of the Notre Dame Club of Indianapolis, Board of Directors of the Indiana Repertory Theatre, and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra Planned Giving Advisory Board.
