Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing second line of support to all internal and external customers for all applications supported by the department via Business Systems Help Desk as well as Business Systems Footprints requests. The main focus for the Business Systems Analyst is to support and enhance Bank processes by coming up with more efficient ways to conduct business while staying within Regulatory and Compliance guidelines as well as mitigate risk. The individual will assist the department with special projects, audit and compliance efforts, as well as contribute to enhancing work flow and constantly improving day-to-day processes within the department and other Bank departments. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) daily management of the department applications, customer implementations, tracking system errors, validating, reporting and escalating system issues to product support and internal contacts. Understanding system configuration and functionality (SME), gathering and analyzing data surrounding product performance, customer growth, transaction volume, usage and audit, as well as defining and executing testing scope and documentation for releases, upgrades and enhancements are a top priority for this position. The individual will have a clear understanding of all interfaces and processes associated with all applications supported by the department and any future functionality the Bank chooses to acquire. Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in bank/system mergers, conversions and acquisitions. Business Systems Analyst will work closely with all employees in the Business Systems department as well as other departments such as Product Development, Training, Retail Banking, Risk Management, Marketing, Operations and IT on shared projects and initiatives.
