Byline participated in the 69th Annual Pancake Breakfast on April 6th

On April 6th Byline Bank supported the Kiwanis Club of Berwyn at Proska Park District’s Liberty Cultural Center, for the 69th Annual Kiwanis Club of Berwyn Pancake Breakfast! Byline loves this event just as much as the hundreds of local residents who line up every year to support the Club (it’s pancakes! And sausage…and coffee! Who wouldn’t want to come?).

This year, live music played to happy pancake-eaters while volunteers manned the griddles and helped keep the line entertained when the enticing aromas of sausage and syrup threatened to overwhelm their self-control.

Byline is happy to be a part of this beloved Berwyn tradition, where our local Byliners are staunch community boosters. The Kiwanis Club of Berwyn has been serving its town almost as long as Byline’s been a proud Chicagoland institution—since 1923, members of the local Branch have worked tirelessly to raise funds to better the community where they live, work and play through hands-on fundraising.

For more than 100 years, Byline has been proud to be a fixture of the neighborhoods where we live, work and play. We, too, want to be a bridge to connect locals on both sides of our desks, and we’re honored that we can give back to the people who truly inspire us.
