A Snapshot of our Night at the Great Gatsby Gala
On April 6, Byline was honored to join other community leaders as a Silver sponsor at Mount Prospect’s D57 Education Foundation’s Great Gatsby Gala. The Gala is one of two annual events that directly supports the Foundation, whose mission is: to enhance the education of District 57 students by generating and allocating resources through partnerships with businesses, the local community, school administration, teachers, parents, students and alumni.
As proud member of the neighborhoods where we live and serve, Byline believes in supporting its children and families and helping each valued community member have access to their very best life. The Foundation has existed for more than 20 years, and its Trustees show their dedication to the educational cause through tireless fundraising efforts to impact curriculum support, technology and wellness in D57 schools.
There were quite a few coveted items in the auction this year, including the perennially popular sporting tickets, trips and unique experiences. Our Byliners were proud to have our name associated with these worthy fundraising reachouts (and there was quite a bit of talk amongst Cicero staff as to which item might be “best” all around)! Consensus: too many awesome choices. Good problem to cause, D57 Education Foundation!
For more than 100 years, Byline has been honored to serve our local residents, in the neighborhoods where we live, work and play. And whether it’s helping raise money for instruments for music classes and enrichment programs, or chipping in for updated tech to keep school departments humming, we’re truly proud that we can add something positive and give back to the people who truly inspire us. It’s like we always say: we love this town.
