I didn’t I receive my eStatement for my Business Online Banking account this month. When will I receive it?

We know extra steps can be time-consuming, but since our core system is new, you’ll have to re-enroll to receive eStatements by accepting our electronic Terms & Conditions through our new Business Online Banking System. Then you’ll be able to access your eStatements again.

How much account history do I have in my Business Online Banking account?

You can view up to 18 months of transaction history, downloadable in 90 day increments.

How can I see my business account transaction history for more than 90 days?

Your account history is shown in 90 day blocks, but is available for 18 months through the Reports tab, under Online Documents/Statements and Documents.

How do I find my online statement on my Business Online Banking account?

I didn’t download or save my historical online business account statements prior to February 22, 2019. What do I do now? Can I still access my past statements?

I just received my Business Account statement, and it only has information for February 1 – February 22. Where is the rest of my statement?

Since we migrated our system at the end of February, there inevitably was a cut-off day ending one system and beginning the next. Therefore, you received one statement from our previous system through February 22nd and a second statement from our new system finishing out the month, from February 23 – 28.

I just received my Business Account statement for February and it only has information from February 23 – February 28. Where is my additional information?

Was I charged a full month of service charges for February?

Analysis of service charges for the statement ending February 22, 2019 only included the 22-day period between Feb. 1 – Feb. 22 and was debited on Feb. 22, 2019.

My last business account statement [showing 2/23-2/28] doesn’t have any service fees. Am I going to be charged twice in March?

Nope! We are waiving service charges for the period of February 23 – 28.

What will be the new Account Analysis service charge procedure? When will I get charged?

Beginning in March, your monthly calculated service charges will be debited on the 10th calendar day of the following month. So your first analysis charges will be debited on April 10, 2019 for the full month of March.
